What does the goal mean? What does it create for your family? What will happen when you reach it? How will it affect your life in and why YOU are worth the journey?

This is the power of finding your WHY…

Once you tap into WHY the HOW just becomes a map 🗺 to get to your destination…

But if you don’t know why…

It’s like loading up for a road trip, having your map…but no ⛽️ gas in the car 🚎

And trust me, The why is sometimes the hardest part…because it means looking inside before trying to fix the outside.

It means letting the inner lies go…turning the lights on in the haunted house of your heart ❤️ when you feel lost and defeated.

It means Seeing and accepting that you already are a masterpiece at the same time you are a work in progress.

So my friend.

Why is the weight loss important? Why do you need more energy? Why do you need to learn to love yourself?

What happens if you don’t? What happens if you do?

My why is FREEDOM in Christ. That released me from the paralyzing affects of perfectionism.

When I have freedom then I can help them find it too…
