This recipe is too easy to not share. I am on day 4 of my Whole30 and need Simple in the afternoon. What I love about his recipe is you can change it up based on what you have on hand.
One or two HB eggs (I prefer two)
I can White Chicken Meat (I got mine from Trader Joe’s)
Salt & Pepper
Then choose from these to add in….
One apple sliced
One colored pepper diced
Two stalks of celery
Mix well 🙂
I would serve with romain leaves as little “boats” or cucumber slices.

And you can also use Tuna if you need to go meatless. Or up the HB eggs and make this a yummy egg salad ?.
