I wanted to put together some of my favorite go to recipes that I stumbled across in my Adventures of eating more Paleo friendly…
At the bottom of each recipe I will also share with you the websites that have been life savers for me!
I thought I would miss sweet treats, breakfast bakery items, and pizza the most…but here are some yummy recipes I found met my tastebuds approval in Tremendous ways!!
**Paleo Scones**We love to have scones and biscuits on the weekends as a treat. I missed these big time. Made these Paleo Scones this past weekend and ALL the kids LOVED them…and the best part? They were FULL after and satisfied, rather than hungry 30 minutes later!

**Easy Lunch Scrambles**
Ever considered doing Hot Plates for lunch? We prepped on Sunday by having chopped and sauteed squash, sweet potato, peppers, and mushrooms in pyrex dishes. I would also cook a few spaghetti squash and store them in the fridge. Then we would cook up sausage and store it as well. Each afternoon you could toss the ingredients you desired in with some coconut ghee and cook it up for a yummy lunch…or dinner!
DINNER: (or lunch…or breakfast )
** Paleo Pizza**
I thought for sure that I would miss pizza the most! But I was finding even the Gluten Free options were not setting right with me. This is an awesome recipe! And you can come up with creative toppings !!

* I used my own sauce
**Paleo Spaghetti Options**
We mixed it up a bit and dived into the world of spaghetti squash and zoodles. I love to make my own sauce and we added either italian sausage or meatballs.
This is an easy way to make it make it grain free and delicious!!
**Paleo Spaghetti Bake**
This was a huge hit to help me with my missing Lasagna…the variety of things to add in are endless…AND my pickiest eater enjoyed it!!!
basic recipe found at :http://paleomg.com/almost-5-ingredient-pizza-spaghetti-pie/
This is one of my favorites! I love chili, but having to remove beans I needed to come up with alternatives to add more ingrediants rather than just beef! I added peppers, sweet pototoes, and sometimes purreed pumpkin. Top keep up with the desire for cheese on top…we shredded sweet potato.
For that Skyline-ish feel for those in cincy we put it over spaghetti squash. This was a huge hit!
The key is finding he recipes that you love and the discovering ways to modify it to fit your needs and keep you feeling good! What is your favorite Paleo dish? Please share!!!
